Expanded Ventures was formed in 2025 by Ned Dodington, AIA, after nearly a decade of leading large-scale multifamily projects for Greystar which delivered over 2,000 multifamily units, across Houston, Denver and Minneapolis totaling over $900M in deployed capital.

Expanded Ventures leverages Ned’s unique experience across product types, asset classes, markets and time to deliver lasting value to clients and residents.

Throughout Ned’s architecture and development career, he has experienced a wide range of real estate challenges from large-scale corporate campus master-planning projects, interior corporate tenant repositions, and the complexities of delivering over a million square feet of multifamily development.
